What are your working hours?
By appointment. Call or WhatsApp to book a time.
Do you handle emergencies like a burst geyser?
During working hours, yes: call or WhatsApp straight away. After hours, Hanru is on call only for existing clients. Until help arrives, switch off the geyser at the distribution board and close the cold-water supply to the geyser.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. Hanru can provide the photos, report and quote your insurer usually asks for after a burst geyser.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Hanru guarantees his workmanship (labour) for 6 months. Materials and parts such as valves carry the manufacturer’s own warranty.
