Who we are

What we collect
Only what we need to quote and do the work: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and any photos or messages you send us about the problem.
How we use it
To contact you, quote, schedule and do the work, invoice you, and provide documents such as Certificates of Compliance or insurance reports. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only when needed for your job: your insurer (if you ask us to help with a claim), suppliers for parts delivery, and authorities where the law requires it.
This website
This website doesn’t use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you send us are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and compliance laws require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact Hanru using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
